As you know, we do not list prices on our website. However, here are some general details for our Performances packages...
...We charge a base payment, which includes one (1), final production, authorized DVD.
...Additional authorized DVD copies are available at an extremely reasonable per copy cost.
...THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY REQUIRED. Less than minimum orders
carry a small convenience fee.
Base fees include:

A videographer for four (4) hours (total working hours – this includes set up and tear down time, but NOT travel time). Additional hours are subject to overtime hours.

Opening sequence, with music, listing event details (school/organization name, show title and date/time/place).

Closing credits, with music, listing key people (and/or basic details).

Basic effects/transitions.
-
Top-quality DVDs, in slim cases, with beautiful, full color, customized labels.
Additional fees/options (these are either optional features or those necessary
due to time, distance, etc., and will be clearly outlined on your contract):
- "Starring" or "Cast" feature, at beginning or end of DVD, listing all
performers - a really nice feature that makes performers feel special and
parents smile! The base fee includes fifty (50) names.
Additional names can be added for an extremely low fee.
- Enhanced/Hollywood-style effects and transitions. A small fee includes ALL
transitions!
- Express completion of final production (based upon availability).
The fee charged is for a two-week turnaround.
- Hollywood-style chapters, with full operational menu. There is a
base fee plus a per chapter charge.
- Long performance requiring two (2) DVDs of event. Fee is on a per
DVD basis.
- Photo montage at beginning of video. The most special way to
highlight featured performers, graduates, groups or special performers.
Ten (10) photos are included in the price - additional photos can be added
at a minimal per photo fee. Cost includes scanning, retouching,
cropping and other editing as needed for optimal viewing.
- Title overlay for each number in the performance, listing basic details
(song title, group name, special performers/soloists). A base price
includes up to twenty (20) songs. Additional songs carry a small per
song fee.
- Top-quality DVDs in full-size cases, with beautiful, full color,
customized laser design and printed inserts. Fee is on a per DVD basis.
- Travel/distance expenses and overtime hours (fee is per hour, charged by
the half hour), as well as any other
applicable travel expenses, as listed on Estimate Sheet.
- Many other features are available, as listed in our “a la carte” options. We are also always happy to work with you on pricing and availability of any other idea you may have – please speak to us regarding your personal vision for your perfect “movie!”
