Appointment Information:
- Please call 1014 Productions to arrange an appointment for your portrait session.
- Appointment date should be a minimum of two months before required date. (Please call at least six to eight weeks before desired shoot date.)
- Appointment availability:
- Weekdays.
- Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
- Monday evenings, Thursday evenings and weekends (by special request).
Tips/Information
for Engagement Portraits
Fashion Tips (Please realize the tips listed here are simply those of our professional opinion. Please feel free to dress in whatever you are most comfortable.):
- Avoid busy patters.
- Avoid bright colors.
- Light colors are best with light backgrounds and fair complexions.
- White, ivory, khaki or pastels are best with a white background.
- Avoid wearing yellow or green – they tend to negatively affect skin color.
- Shoes and socks should be in key.
- Wear long sleeves to cover elbows.
- Skirts should cover the knees.
- Avoid shorts.
- When both members of the couple are in the portrait…you will want to capture your relationship. Therefore, we strongly suggest dressing in the same colors.
