PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY ASSISTANT (Northeast Pennsylvania & surrounding areas)
1014 Productions is seeking an assistant for weddings, and possibly other events and commercial shoots.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...
...will
have a combination of education and experience in both videography and
photography, with the primary focus being shooting and lighting.
...must be able to assist photographers with posing, equipment, etc.
...must be able to operate video camera for microphone interviews of reception guests, assist videographer with equipment, cables/setup, etc.
...must be willing to work days, nights and/or weekends, as needed.
...must be willing to travel, as necessary.
...will have the ability to work closely with the owner, managers, photographers
and videographers of 1014 Productions.

SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES (Positions available in major cities throughout the United States.)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION.
We are currently seeking Sales and Marketing Consultants who will be responsible for selling
the services offered by 1014 Productions. These services include Web Design/Development,
Graphic/Print Design, Advertising/Public Relations Services and other business
offerings, to small and medium-sized local businesses in a designated territory. The successful candidates will be enthusiastically focused on customer success, while continuously striving to bring in new business. The consultants will be confident and organized and love the thrill of closing new business! Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, the Sales and Marketing Consultants will be comfortable in new sales situations and will enjoy face-to-face sales. We are seeking goal-oriented, motivated salespeople to join our team in areas across the nation. In this position, the ideal candidates will be contacting professional offices. They will use their sales skills to help bring professional offices to the next level by purchasing our product.
THIS POSITION CAN TURN INTO MANAGEMENT FOR THE VERY SUCCESSFUL CONSULTANT.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Identify leads and sources and obtain signed web services contracts with small and medium-sized businesses and associations.
• Hunt new customer sales by heavy prospecting and in-person cold calling.
• Proactively follow up on leads, phone inquiries, referrals and research.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform account management with customers to ensure excellent business relations, resolve all account inquires, provide responses to product inquiries, payment terms and maintain account and prospective contacts lists.
• Identify business opportunities and meet with decision-makers to obtain customer commitment and facilitate delivery of product.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
• Occasional travel to our home office in NEPA may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS.
• Prior outside sales experience, preferably in a service/solution or media environment.
• Proven track record of sales and goal achievement and proven ability to attain or exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to maintain a high level of new business sales activity.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates must also be customer service driven, highly motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal, written, networking, prospecting, time management, consultative sales and negotiating skills.
• BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

1014 Productions is seeking videographers and editors to work with various phases of our business, including, but not limited to, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, businesses (for commercials and other needs) and more.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...
...will
have an extensive combination of education and experience in shooting, lighting
and editing. The chosen person with have the ability to work with various cameras and accessory equipment
and knowledge of programs such as Pinnacle Studio, Final Cut Pro, Adobe
Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects, Sony Vegas, Cool Edit Pro and other similar editing
software is a must!
...must be willing to work days, nights and/or weekends, as needed.
...must be willing to travel, as necessary.
...will have the ability to work closely with the owner and managers of 1014 Productions.
...with have familiarity with expense tracking.
...must be familiar with Microsoft Windows - Word and Excel.

FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHERS (Northeast Pennsylvania)
1014 Productions is always looking to offer as many choices to its customers as possible. Therefore, we have the ongoing need to work with various photographers as freelance photographers/independent contractors.
The ideal candidate...
...must be willing to work days, nights and/or weekends, as needed.
...must have own equipment and ability to process either film or digital media,
as per their equipment. The chosen candidate will also be able to put
together wedding albums, portfolios, novelty items and more.
...will be able to shoot a combination of traditional, posed shots, as well as candid and
photojournalistic styles.
